Despite the title I deal with non sporting injuries too. If you sprain your ankle on a night out dancing the injury will be managed in a similar way to if it had taken place in a sporting environment.
Over the last 20 years I have put together the best methods available to me to treat a range of muscle, tendon and ligament injuries and I work on a "treat what you find" basis.
I do of course offer general Sports Massage for those that feel like they need "loosening up" but don't have a specific injury as such.
I refer to my sessions as Muscle Therapy as I use a wide range of techniques to improve range of movement, mobility and flexibility.
As an advanced Level 4 Personal Trainer I can also offer the next stage of getting you back to full fitness.
In 2012 I was named in the World Fitness Elite and featured in both the Independant and USA today Newspapers.
